NCCWN-Donegal Women’s Network have a few places left for the Space to Breathe online 3-week programme for women running on Thursday mornings starting 4th Feb, 10am-1pm.
This is a FREE programme designed and facilitated by Emilywhelancoaching. Over the three sessions you will learn how to use tools and techniques such as, mindfulness practices, self-reflection & journaling exercises, tools for managing stress & anxiety.
