NCCWN Tallaght – Mindfulness and Stress Management course
NCCWN Women Together Tallaght Network in collaboration with Dublin and Dún Laoghaire ETB invite you to a free online 6-week Mindfulness and Stress Management course beginning on Wednesday 2nd March, 10.00am – 12.00pm.
The course will identify your stress triggers and how your thinking styles, values and beliefs can contribute to your stress levels. During this course you will also learn tools to support yourself during times of stress such as self-compassion, mindfulness and helpful thinking styles.
