With the new term just around the corner, WCI Clare are delighted to announce some new programmes starting 2024.

• Consent & Boundaries Online Workshop Starting January 19th for four weeks 10.00-12.30pm. The core learning in these workshops is gaining a deep understanding of each individuals fundamental right to feel safe and confident in our choices, our ‘No’ and our ‘Yes”, and to show each individual how to honour their own and others decisions in all areas of relating/communicating.
• Meditation – Mindfulness sessions for women Thursdays 10.30 – 11.15. You will be guided through various techniques, helping you find your personal oasis of calm amidst the chaos of everyday life.
