Wellness through the Menopause Workshop in Buncrana – The day will be a relaxed space for women, with an opportunity to connect with each other, find out information on the menopause and any ask questions about it. Tapping your way to Calm – Over the three sessions you will be introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) often referred to as tapping, a simple and powerful process that involves tapping specific meridians that are typically used in acupuncture.
The course provides a safe and friendly space for women to meet other women and for you to learn how to use EFT to feel calmer, develop a sense of empowerment and improve your emotional health and well- being.

To See With New Eyes – This is a unique story writing workshop in Donegal Town, on Thursday 24th November 10.30am-3.30pm. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
The workshop is intended to be an experiential space for women in conversation and in story writing to reimagine the world that we women can create together. Come Together – This workshop is a creative theatre, sound and movement workshop bringing women together and will be facilitated by Sinead O’Donnell-Carey a theatre maker, visual artist and drama facilitator.
This will be a fun and energetic workshop that provides a creative way of talking about and celebrating women’s lives and experiences. On Saturday 19th November, 10.30am- 3.30pm, in the Donegal Women’s Centre in Letterkenny, with a light lunch provided.
