WCI Limerick – Creative Writing Classes
WCI Limerick are delighted to once again provide a community space for women to take part in a creative writing class.
Creative writing takes place on Monday mornings 10am – 12pm for 10 weeks, starting on September 19th.
WCI Limerick with the support of LCETB tutor Valerie O’Connor will guide you in a safe environment to explore and express your creative side. Valerie is a recent graduate of the Masters in Creative Writing at University of Limerick. She has been writing about food and the environment for national newspapers for many years and is now developing her fiction writing. Her first play is being staged this Autumn in London. As well as poetry, memoir and journalism, Valerie is interested in the forms of scripts and novels
Develop your craft and examine various writing techniques you can use to be a writer. Explore the world from the perspective of using a pen and a page and bring your stories to life! Creative Writing is open to all levels of writers.
